Annual Dinner 2010 

The Guest Speaker for this year's Dinner will be Rear Admiral J A L Myres CB. (Note - Dinner Suits are no longer compulsory, a smart lounge suit is also acceptable.)

This will be held at the Swallow Hotel (same place as last year) on Saturday 13th March 2010 The time is 7:00pm for 7:30pm (we have arranged for the bar to be open from 6:30pm until midnight!) Full details of the dinner (location and menu) have been circulated to all members. The price for the Dinner has been agreed by the Executive council. It has again been held at £25 per person.

Booking forms, including menu selection choices, have been circulated to members. It is imperative that these are returned promptly so that we have full details of numbers and choice of menu items available for the hotel prior to the event. {Please note that, although this is not stated in the menu options, a vegetarian alternative can be made available if  requested.}
